I noticed that when I started a new season all of my league's teams profiles changed to the same numbers. WTF? Needlesss to say it is painstaking to go thru all the profiles and change every damn line. I run every team in this 32 team league and do the drafts myself. I did save related files before starting the season.So I could go back to the end of the season if that would help.
Has anybody else experienced this disaster? and does anybody have a solution to this problemo?

Cant say I've ever come across it before

I remember David speaking of this on the beta forums once, or maybe in an email...dont remember. But supposedly, if you have a bunch of profiles in the folder, each season the AI will select a different one at random. Not sure if the team being human controlled made it exempt or not though.

I would definately export each teams profile after setting it, then all you have to do is reload it if this happens again.

I only have the original team profiles in the teamprofiles folder. Interestingly , the profiles it defaulted to are the same for all teams.

Do you guys export team profiles and then reimport them often? I was thinking of going back to the end of the season and exporting all the team profiles under their team names, ending the season, starting a new season and reimporting all the recently exported profiles.
Anybody tried that?

In my draft utility were somewhere the function to save and reload team profiles for all teams in the league to reset the change at the start of the season.

ob potter, I would definately save them. Thats how I do it. If for no other reason than it will make your life easier...plus, I often add an identifier to the title like RH for run heavy, or PB for pass balanced. That is, if the profile was set up to steer a team that way. Eventually you will have a folder full of profiles and it can make for a quick setup for new leagues or expansion teams.

Ok I did save them and start a new season. This time the profiles did not change!!
Go figure.

Well I spoke to soon. As soon as I hit start new season they all changed. So it looks like exporting your profile before ending a season and reimporting it after starting a new season.
