as of yet, none where I live, so thats a relief
and even it was I'm not stupid enough to involve myself in it in way shape or form
total chaos up and down the country, its madness.
People are actually dying now, 3 men killed as they tried to stop looters
what is wrong with people.
We are all safe Buddy, Thanks
EDIT: another has been found shot in his car after riots too, the whole country is going mad

Being from New Orleans and down there around the time of Katrina, I can relate to watching my city completely loose it's mind! I pray you and your family stay safe.

Expect more of this in the future.
It is 1911 again but with seven billion people this time.

When people feel that they have nothing to live for, this is what happens. It's only a matter of time until this starts happening over here in the US...

The world has just been through the largest fraudulent transfer of funds in the history of mankind. Why do those who have perpetrated that crime get to keep the money while these others are should get shot or jailed?
Steal $100 - go to jail. Steal $100 million - get a tax break.
This is a new Gilded Age, and it will not be a pretty ending if we do not get our house in order. The problem is that we have been doing exactly what we shouldn't be doing in the United States and Europe over the last decade.

I hear ya',
we have politicians stealing the tax payers money in large amounts left right and center, with no real punishment delivered
yet little Johnny Jones who stole a loaf of bread goes to jail.
its very wrong but... I dont feel the need to go rioting, stealing and killing.
When you punch to death a 68 year old man simply because he tried to put out a fire which you started near his home,
thats nothing but criminal and has nothing to do with any so called feeling of injustice in the country.
Running men down in the street with cars and running over police officers aswell, this wont achieve anything
and is the police officer not also living in this country under the same rule?
He isn't just a figure of law either, he's also a man, probarbly with a wife and children too.
Is human life so worthless that we will kill for the sake of stealing a cell phone from a shop window.
Police in this country are not given enough power to deal with situations such as this in my opinion,
95% of the rioters would have stayed at home had this been a country where police carried and used guns,
Am I worried about a police officer who's carrying only a baton - not really
Am I worried about a police officer who's carrying a gun and who I know will use it - well hell yeah.
Just my 10 penny's worth

Naw, we have cops with guns and people with guns, and all we get is more dead people and the highest incarceration rate in the world.
A society based on fear, power, control, and lies is anything but civil.
Should the UK have armed riot and special operations teams? Sure, but the Bobby is just fine for everyday law enforcement.
